Former, writer and journalist specialized in tourism and editor. He is the owner of El Faro Escandinavo. He is also responsable of the gastronomy of the hotel and can prepare a variety of international dishes, mainly European.

He was naturalist guide on the Galapagos islands, and after continuing with his education in tourism in Oslo-Norway, he is now managing El Faro Escandinavo.
